The Somerville Jr. Pioneers Wrestling Program is seeking a passionate, experienced leader to serve as our Director of Coaching. This paid, stipend-based role is a unique opportunity to shape the future of youth wrestling in our community. You'll lead program development, coach mentorship, and athlete progression for K–8 wrestlers, all while working closely with the Somerville High School program to build a cohesive pipeline.
