We are officially excited to welcome Will Schmidt as the new Head High School Coach for Somerville Wrestling!

Coach Schmidt brings elite NCAA Division I experience as a former volunteer assistant coach and 2x team captain at Sacred Heart University. He is completely focused on elevating and up-skilling our high school program, paired with a proactive approach to youth development to strengthen our pipeline for years to come.

To bring this vision to life, Coach Schmidt is looking to build a high-level staff of former wrestlers and coaches who want to buy into this turnaround and support our kids' growth from the youth team on up.
